Aerodomestics

Furniture that flies like kites. Drawing on the material and structural logic of kite construction, Aerodomestics aims to create ultra-light yet fully functional objects. Sail fabric and aluminium tubes form tensile structures whose usable surfaces also operate as wings, translating principles of tension, gravity, and aerodynamics into domestic objects. The project explores the possibilities and implications of an increasingly mobile way of living.
