Mike Meiré blurs disciplinary boundaries, effortlessly transcending the roles of art and brand director, designer and curator, artist and visionary. With his agency Meiré and Meiré, he works for brands and magazines at the nexus of culture and design, shaping a more informed future through radical reconfiguration. In recent years, Meiré has served as an inspiring partner for brands such as Deutsche Telekom, Lamy, Artek, 032, Porsche, J*Gast, brand eins and bulthaup, and created the “Dornbracht Research Lab” at Salone del Mobile 2019 and “Tales from a Neo Collective Future” at the House of BMW during Salone del Mobile 2022.

Belinda Günther

Head of Colour & Trim, Mercedes-Benz

Widely considered one of the modern automotive industry’s key designers, Belinda Günther now serves as the head of color and trim at Mercedes-Benz. After studying Fashion Design at the School of Design in Pforzheim, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design, she went on to specialize in automotive design where she started her career as a contractor in the departments of a number of leading manufacturers. With her experience spanning both artistic and practical poles, her creative toolbox is well attuned to shaping a more informed future through design.

Mateo Kries

Director, Vitra Design Museum

Mateo Kries has been the director of the Vitra Design Museum since 2011, where he has curated and overseen a multitude of its most pivotal exhibitions. Kries is also a published author, having written about seminal architecture and design personalities such as Le Corbusier, Joe Colombo, and Konstantin Grcic, and topics including design and surrealism, as well as non-Western design. With his body of work deeply rooted in the social, political, and theoretical aspects of design and architecture, Kries has become the very epitome of foundational knowledge.

Julia Läufer

Industrial Designer & Owner, Läufer & Keichel

Julia Läufer studied fashion and textile design at St. Martin’s School of Arts in London and at Berlin’s Universität der Künste. Following her studies and spells in the film industry, she returned as an art director in communication before founding her own studio LÄUFER & KEICHEL in 2003. Founded in collaboration with Marcus Keichel, the duo focuses on sustainable design solutions across furniture and industrial design, exhibition, as well as corporate and communication design. Working for clients such as Kristalia, Küppersbusch, Lammhults, La Palma, Martela, Offecct, Thonet, Wilkhahn, and Zeitraum, their work has been internationally exhibited, published and awarded.

Julius Wiedemann

Senior Editor, TASCHEN

An educated designer and marketer, Julius Wiedemann’s practice is largely defined by its distinctly international edge, having lived and worked in Japan, Germany, the US, and the UK. Currently working as the chief curator at DOMESTIKA and as a collaborating editor for design and architecture at TASCHEN, Wiedemann has edited over 100 books, is a regular lecturer, and has served as the juror for multiple awards. With an astute knowledge of the history of design, popular culture and data visualization, his repertoire is as defining as it is foundational.

Gesa Hansen

Designer

Gesa Hansen is a German-Danish designer and graduate of the Bauhaus University, where she studied as a scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. Her first professional experience was in Jean Nouvel's Parisian architectural practice, in the French creation studio H5, as well as in various creative offices in Nagoya and Tokyo. These experiences led her to found The Hansen Family in 2009, where she continues to design high-quality, Scandinavian style wooden furniture. As a sought-after interior designer, Gesa has designed numerous hotels, restaurants and private spaces, and was voted one of the 100 best designers of the year 2022 by AD magazine.

Manuel Goller

Founder & Creative Director, New Tendency

Manuel Goller is co-founder and creative director of NEW TENDENCY, a Berlin-based design studio and brand for furniture and accessories – applying Modernist design principles to ideas for the now. A Bauhaus education and a deep dive into Berlin’s vibrant art scene of the 2010’s have shaped Manuel’s understanding of design as contemporary culture, of creativity that transcends and defies genre. His collaborations with renowned artists, special editions with avant-garde brands, and crossovers with fashion, photography, and digital art, affirm Manuel’s determination to blur and expand the boundaries of his industry.

Alexandre Arnault

Chairman, RIMOWA

Alexandre Arnault is executive vice president of product and communications at Tiffany & Co. Mr. Arnault assumed this position and joined Tiffany & Co. in January 2021. Mr. Arnault started his career in the United States in strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company, then in private equity at KKR in New York. He then joined LVMH and Groupe Arnault to focus on digital innovation. In this capacity, Mr. Arnault participated in the definition and implementation of a strategy to address the challenges of the development of e-commerce in the high-quality products sector. More recently, Mr. Arnault served as chief executive officer of RIMOWA after initiating and leading its acquisition by LVMH in January 2017. Over the past four years, he successfully repositioned RIMOWA and elevated its brand image. At Tiffany & Co., Mr. Arnault has guided the repositioning of the brand through modern and innovative communications campaigns, as well as a focus on elevated and expanded product offerings. Mr. Arnault graduated from École Telecom ParisTech and holds a master’s degree from École Polytechnique.

Hugues Bonnet-Masimbert

Chief Executive Officer, RIMOWA

Hugues Bonnet-Masimbert is CEO of RIMOWA, a global leader in premium luggage. The historic German company was founded in Cologne in 1898 and has been part of LVMH since 2017. With more than 25 years at the LVMH Group, Hugues has held executive positions within five LVMH Maisons: Loewe, Celine, Louis Vuitton, Berluti, and RIMOWA. After joining RIMOWA as Executive Vice President Sales & Client Operations in 2018, he initiated and oversaw the repositioning of its distribution, along with the creation and rapid development of its e-commerce operations. He was appointed CEO in January, 2021.
